This document is a public offer by Private Concierge LLC to conclude a distance service agreement on the terms set out below.
1. General provisions
1.1. This public offer regulates the relationship between Private Concierge LLC (the Company, the Service Provider) and any individual or other person who submits a request, places an order or pays for services on priveconcierge.travel (the Client).
1.2. This document is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.3. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when the Client submits a request, places an order, makes a payment or otherwise uses the website functionality related to ordering services.
1.4. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement between the Company and the Client is considered concluded.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Company provides services related to travel organization and concierge support, including:
- airline ticket booking
- luxury travel planning
- hotel reservations
- VIP concierge services
- transfers
- visa support
- organization of leisure and travel
2.2. The specific list, scope, terms and cost of services are determined by:
- information on the website
- the manager’s individual offer
- the terms of a particular booking
- the conditions of service providers
3. Order placement procedure
3.1. The Client submits a request through the website, messengers, email or other available communication channels.
3.2. After receiving the request, the Company contacts the Client to clarify the order details, booking terms, deadlines, cost and other material conditions.
3.3. Final terms of the services may be set out in individual correspondence, invoices, booking confirmations, vouchers, itinerary receipts or other relevant documents.
4. Cost of services
4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the website or provided individually by the manager depending on the nature of the request, selected services, supplier tariffs and other conditions.
4.2. The Company may change the cost of services before the order is confirmed by the Client and/or before payment is made.
4.3. The cost of a specific order is deemed agreed upon after the relevant terms are confirmed by the Company and the Client.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment may be made using the following methods:
- Visa / Mastercard / Элкарт bank cards
- bank transfer
- other methods indicated on the website or agreed with the Client
5.2. Payment is processed through secure payment solutions used by the Company.
5.3. The fact of payment confirms the Client’s agreement with the terms of this public offer and with the terms of the specific order.
5.4. The website priveconcierge.travel offers services related to travel organization and concierge service, including:
- travel booking
- concierge services
- hotel reservations
- transportation services
- tourism consulting
5.5. Payment for services is accepted online in a secure manner in accordance with the terms published on the website and the applicable rules of payment systems and payment providers.
6. Procedure for providing services
6.1. The Company provides services after receiving the necessary information from the Client, confirming the order terms and, where required, receiving payment.
6.2. The Company may engage third parties to fulfill the order, including:
- airlines
- hotels
- transport companies
- visa and travel partners
- other organizations involved in providing the service
6.3. Services are deemed provided in the scope and on the terms corresponding to the оформленный and confirmed order.
7. Refunds and changes
7.1. Refunds and changes are made depending on:
- airline fare rules
- hotel rules
- service provider conditions
- the Company’s actual expenses
- the nature of the ordered service
7.2. Service fees and actually incurred expenses may be non-refundable.
7.3. Refunds are made within the timeframes and on the conditions established by applicable law, payment system rules, banks and service providers.
7.4. Detailed refund terms are also defined by the Refund Policy published on the website.
8. Liability of the parties
8.1. The Company is not liable for:
- flight cancellations
- carrier delays
- rescheduling or cancellations by suppliers
- visa refusals
- actions of third parties
- force majeure circumstances
- inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the Client
8.2. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by actions of airlines, hotels, consulates, transport companies, payment systems, government authorities and other third parties.
8.3. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data, timely submission of documents and compliance with the requirements of service providers and government authorities.
9. Personal data
9.1. By submitting a request or paying for services, the Client confirms consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
9.2. Personal data is used solely for fulfilling the Company’s obligations, providing services, interacting with service providers, processing payments, supporting clients and complying with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to review in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
